Thursdays in term time 10.00am – 11.30am

Invitation:
Come and join us at our friendly Parent and Toddler group, although we also have child minders and grandparents attending. It is a good opportunity to get to know some other Mums and also keep your child occupied.

Ages range:

We welcome children aged 0 – 5 years

Facilities:
We having a wide range of toys - ride on toys, prams, dolls, dolls house, slide, see-saw, tent and tunnel. We also have a wide range of small toys i.e. duplo, stickle bricks, wooden building bricks, train sets, cars and garage, jig saws and a large range of books.

We have a craft session each week – painting, sticking and making pictures and models, play dough, cooking. Colouring and chalk materials are also available most weeks.

We have a soft baby play area with a variety of baby toys.

Format:

Halfway through the morning session we have a snack time when the children get a chance to sample different foods. We often have a choice such as bananas and grapes or apple, kiwi or pineapple; marmite or cheese sandwiches, cucumber and always a mix of biscuits and sometimes cakes. We also offer blackcurrant or orange drinks.

The parents have coffee, tea and biscuits and sometimes cakes. In the winter there is an option of soup to drink.

We usually have a story time after refreshments before a change of activities.

We usually end the morning with a time of singing after which everyone has a chat before departing for home.

The cost is 80p per family including refreshments.
